Pre-Orders
All watches currently available for purchase are offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order watches are expected to ship within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules, quality checks, or unforeseen delays.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment timeline.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed. Pre-order items will not ship until they become available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping transit times begin after your order has shipped and are provided by the carrier as estimates only. Renauld Luxury Watches is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Renauld Luxury Watches is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.
